There is a lot of shit going and effort doesn't feel enough, it feels like I need to do more and more to change the situation and what I am doing is just too little also I feel I am already at my limit.

It's vital to get enough rest in to avoid burnout. Productivity benefits from and even requires times of avoiding the project at hand. We're not robots, as much as capitalist society would love us to be.

I feel you. It's been quite some time for me that it's like walking in deep mud every time I try to do anything at all. You know, when you try pushing stuff forward but it grinds to an halt and then it falls apart to the ground.

No idea what's going on.

Sounds frustrating and definitely too hard for one person. Can you reach out for Help? Sometimes even small gestures give me enough energy to finish bigger things.

I think our phones and YouTube make us feel this way honestly. I saw the dumbed video recommended the other day that said how I broke my phone doomscrolling habit with a notebook, then he describes how to use a notebook for productivity. As if we are doomscrolling to be productive.

We need actual rest and fun
