He’s such a fucking coward and Americans elected him twice, which says something about Americans.

[–] Smoogs@lemmy.world 4 points 6 days ago

Some voted for him 3 times even

[–] Tja@programming.dev 4 points 6 days ago

By a bigger margin the second time.

[–] Schadrach@lemmy.sdf.org 29 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Yes man entourage? You mean handlers.

[–] D_C@lemm.ee 14 points 6 days ago* (last edited 6 days ago) (2 children)

Russian and also physical handlers. They are there to catch him if his leg braces give out from all the obesity and literal shit tumbling down his trousers.

You know we're cooked when Qanon tier conspiracy theory is mainstream on the liberal side

[–] kryptonianCodeMonkey@lemmy.world 22 points 6 days ago (1 children)

I thought that was weird too. I couldn't remember another time I had seen anyone's behind the President there. So weird and pointless.

When Obama announced the passage of ObamaCare, Biden was by his side. I remember it well because just before Obama spoke, you could hear Biden on a hot mic whisper "This is a big fucking deal, Mr President."

I laughed my ass off.

Fair. I dont remember the details, but I do remember that quote. I mostly remember Obama standing there alone announcing Bin Laden's death. It was quite memorable for obvious reasons but also I was in a bar at my buddy's 21st birthday hangout, and things for rowdy.

The night Obama announced Bin Laden's death was also the night he humiliated HitlerPig at the big Press Banquet. Some believe that was the moment that he decided to run for president. So while Obama was roasting HitlerPig in front of the world, he knew that he'd be ordering Bin Laden's killing later that evening. Interesting context.

#MyPresident

The US has to make announcements about military action so often there are already traditions on how to do it. And if a president doesn't keep to them he is a weirdo.

He even changed the presidential address microphones. They’ve been using dual SM-57s for decades, but I suppose they’re not good enough for him.

[–] GreenKnight23@lemmy.world 1 points 6 days ago* (last edited 6 days ago) (1 children)

guess why. I'll give you a hint, it rhymes with smoeblob.

blowjob, he fucking loves giving mike blowjobs

edit: save the gif while you can. seems like the internet pixies did their magic and almost removed all reference to this little incident online.

[–] Krompus@lemmy.world 1 points 6 days ago

Why the hell would I want to save that? I see plenty of references when I search.

How have I never seen this lmao

[–] jsomae@lemmy.ml 5 points 6 days ago

Side note but I hate that this these are presented in counterclockwise chronological order for some reason.

So tired of everyone stroking the Emporer's fragile ego. Dear Leader can learn to suck himself off.

[–] And009@lemmynsfw.com 3 points 6 days ago

Wouldn't need an island if he could

[–] x0x7@lemmy.world 2 points 6 days ago (1 children)

Alternate take: It's an indicator that we're stepping into a very serious war.

And of course we have nothing to gain for it.

Conspiracy theory: this is Heritage Foundation steering in order to safeguard their totalitarian dictatorship in the event of Trump's death. They're making sure that his successors get their faces shown as much as possible up front to ease the transition.

[–] hovercat@lemmy.blahaj.zone 7 points 6 days ago

I just think they're there to make sure that if he has an "episode", they can shuffle him off to bed and take over.

[–] MisterFrog@lemmy.world 1 points 5 days ago

I don't think this is a conspiracy, Trump could die literally any day

[–] MrMakabar@slrpnk.net 3 points 6 days ago

I would go with Thiel and Vance.

[–] guynamedzero@sh.itjust.works 39 points 1 week ago

Honestly not a bad conspiracy

Bush: Dealt with 9/11

Obama: Dealt with Bin Laden.

Biden: Dealt with covid.

Trump: Played golf more than any other president in history in his singular first term (which by the way, ALSO included the begining of covid), is the only president to get impeached TWICE (and did it in his singular first term), got 34x convicted for actions that occured DURING his singular first term.

And now he needs a team of security blankets behind him....one of which is his son.....to support him as he CONTINUES to destroy this country, and now the world. Hitler continues to be the single most destructive force the world has ever seen. Trump really feels like he's trying to be a contender for that crown.

I'm as dumbfounded today as I was the day after the election. HOW THE FUCK DID AMERICA ELECT THIS SHITBAG AGAIN???!!!

This is what they're referencing. Or possibly just the "Every accusation is a confession" law of maga.

[–] LeFantome@programming.dev 2 points 6 days ago

Which one is his son? Let’s kick start the real conspiracy.

[–] BrainInABox@lemmy.ml -2 points 6 days ago

Good to see that the American "left" has been fully taken over by Bush era conservatives.

[–] Tower@lemmy.zip 39 points 1 week ago

Left to right, those are JD Vance, Marco Rubio, and Pete Hegseth.

It's about accountability. The buck stops with him, so he speaks alone and takes sole responsibility for the decision, and it's consequences. Trump doesn't understand that. His lackeys are there so he can blame them if it hits the fan, Iran retaliates on a US urban population, and hes left with only taco options.

Bwahahahahaha a fucking toddler that needs his hand held. What a messed up timeline are we living in that we ended up with insecurity hitler over here.

[–] ShinkanTrain@lemmy.ml 20 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I can excuse starting another war, but I draw the line at having people behind him.

[–] KatakiY@lemmy.world 1 points 6 days ago

Right? Who gives a fuxk. Dude just tried to escalate into thermonuclear war to protect Zionists and we're talking about how he didn't follow some unsaid procedural rule about how he has to be manly and announce his war crimes solo
