Interesting. I think the heal on main hand dagger is under appreciated. More heal options sound nice for disorganized play.

More self-harm! Healers are already thrilled for the 5k health Necro with 25 stacks of Bight and 50 stacks of Kryptis Essence Effect popping Signet of Undeath.
