Bill Burr has been saying a lot of 'woke' things lately, and I'm here for it.
I keep hearing about the search for a liberal Rogan. But that person existed for a long time, we are just to busy talking about Rogan to see it.
Stop blaming each other. The ones we should be blaming are the mega wealthy.

Bill Burr is great and I don't think I've ever met a guy who didn't like him. Good politics too, and says them like a normal fucking person who can make a case without being annoying.

unhinged people can't tolerate non-idealistic perspectives. Bill isn't a idealist, he's a pragmatic realist kind of guy.
idealists tend to believe that any reference to a reality outside of their ideal utopia in their heads is a form of hate-speech against them.

I think they say that because he portrays himself angrily, and people on the right can really relate to that.
He might appear to be in the middle, because he also goes after Democrats. And while they might not be nearly as bad as the party of American fascists, Democrats are very far from being perfect. They have at most a handful of decent high profile people. Bill Burr is just reasonable and calls out assholes, no matter their affiliation.
As someone who listens to his podcast regularly, he's a borderline socialist at this point, but he has blinders on when it comes to "both sides" bullshit.
It's probably because he doesn't want to alienate half of his audience, which I get. But it's super frustrating to hear because he's right there.
If they ask Bill, which the media does, he'll tell you, "Why the fuck are you asking me?" He knows his political views are and should be meaningless. He's a comedian. The news media is responsible for the mess we're in, stop asking comedians what they think and stop white washing fascism.
not all anti-trump people are progressive. plenty of center and right-leaning folks say fuck trump. not enough, but plenty.
also it’s not even progressive to say “don’t blame immigrants”. that’s just basic humanity and not letting republican fear mongering drive you rabid.
I’ve listened to Bill for decades. He’s a good guy to get advice from. He’s also a fucking but bag sometimes. But who isn’t a little nuts.
