Yeah in the 60s there was tons of people who loved asbestos but sadly they all died out.
When I was about eight, my friends and I snuck into a construction site and went exploring. One of the older boys convinced all us younger ones that you could use the pink stuff as toilet paper. A few boys including the one who made this claim went and did a number two and used this magical 'toilet paper'. Everything was fine for the first hour ..... then they had to run home crying and figure out how to explain this to their parents.
It was an important lesson .... I never used it as toilet paper.
