The only time I went on Kik was because someone I played Wordfued with told me to join because she wanted to send a photo of her dog and Wordfued chat doesn't support images.

She sent me her dog, I replied with a photo of mine, and then she sent me a video of her sticking a hairbrush up her unmentionables.

So yeah I had a pretty positive Kik experience actually.

Kick and Kik is not the same.

Kick is a livestreaming platform, alternative to Twitch which is riddled with gambling and irl nuisance streaming.

Oh. Well, that may explain why I saw a hairbrush being used outside of the manufacturers recommendations, and not Nazis playing poker.

Thanks for the clarification.

You definitely got the better deal. I mean... I wouldn't necessarily object to seeing a hair brush used like that on a Nazi either, but only if it was inserted sideways or bristles first.

Better yet:

This is vitally important: I need to know where that's from. For... uh, science. Yes.

No, I don't think you are.

Or at least, will be.

[–] stringere@sh.itjust.works 2 points 1 month ago

Yeah... This was kinda the best, maybe only, good scene.

Is there anyone with a more punchable face?

[–] ExtremeDullard@lemmy.sdf.org 62 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Surely Trump, Vance, Homan, Patel, Bove, Bondi, Leavitt...

[–] xxce2AAb@feddit.dk 25 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Punchability is a highly competitive field these days. At this point, we should probably just make it an Olympic event.

Hell, make it PPV and it could probably finance an actual health care system for the US.

Pay per view, huh? How much to take a swing myself?

There are so many options for classical American entrepreneurship here. God bless capitalism.

[–] spankmonkey@lemmy.world 5 points 1 month ago

Musk, MTG, Miller, every conservative member of SCOTUS...

Mr Beast smiles as if he only knows that a smile is "when you move the corners of your mouth up and show some teeth"

[–] Psythik@lemmy.world 11 points 1 month ago

He's got those dead eyes that every psychopath has. It's concerning to say the least.

[–] 58008@lemmy.world 7 points 1 month ago

He always reminds me of the creepy children on Kinder products 😭

[–] TabbsTheBat@pawb.social 19 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Sounds like he'll fit right in :3

[–] lena@gregtech.eu 13 points 1 month ago (3 children)

I'm not particularly knowledgeable about mrbeast, what has he done?

[–] UnderpantsWeevil@lemmy.world 48 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (1 children)

He was the guy riding the cresting wave of YouTube enshittification. A lot of the more obnoxious marketing gimmicks - Soy Face, most notable - were pioneered by his team.

Idk if you can blame him explicitly for a generation of slop. But he's the physical embodiment of doing literally anything for attention. His mannerisms and soulless self-promotion have become the curse of the GenZ demographic.

[–] spankmonkey@lemmy.world 3 points 1 month ago

He even picked the most obvious villain name!

[–] TabbsTheBat@pawb.social 24 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Worked with multiple pedophiles at this point afaik :3

Plus working with people like logan paul and other stuff

[–] unexposedhazard@discuss.tchncs.de 29 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (1 children)

Also massive safety issues and borderline human rights abuses at his weird squid game event which he had direct knowledge off and did nothing about.

[–] TabbsTheBat@pawb.social 14 points 1 month ago

Oh yeah there's a bunch :3.. didn't he also get accused of running illegal lotteries and rigging games?

I can't say I kept up with most of the drama well enough to verify many of the specific claims tho

[–] cupcakezealot@piefed.blahaj.zone 18 points 1 month ago

the best thing about mrbeast is watching rosanna pansino absolutely destroy him

[–] WanderWisley@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago

“Hey guys I just bought kick and turned it into a Nazi pedo platform!” “Oh wait!” *Pretends to have surprised face…
