I wonder if the artist was trying to show that airs above ground thing that the Lippizan horses do?
I can excuse artists who drew something like an elephant after hearing it described by a guy who heard it described by another guy who visited Africa. But horses were everywhere . All you had to do was look out a window.
The face is nowhere near as bad as that absolute chode of a neck.
