Yay for worker ownership!

I hope they get the financial training and support to use that power effectively (I've been told that's a big stumbling block).

Yeah there's a former meat packing plant by me that the union got too powerful, took over and ran the place into the ground within 2 years. At one time it was a huge place. It's interesting to think what this town would look like if that didn't happen. I'm super pro union but what happened was an obvious outcome when people don't stay in their lane.
