It sounds like the suspensions are for the duration of their investigation:
"Although I have been made aware that these events happened in 2023, these members remain subject to administrative and disciplinary action that may lead to their release."
Procedurally fair. I don't think it's stretch though to say that white supremacy is not disciplined anywhere near seriously enough, either in the Forces or 'civilian society,' and this is well-known. Zero tolerance should be standard
Yeah, I wish I could say I was confident that they will be dismissed...
Unless they can come up with a truly spectacular defence, they will be. There's very little tolerance for this sort of thing among the forces leadership. I know it's hard to believe that, but I know a lot of people in the CAF and this kind of shit really is the exception, not the norm. For the most part, the CAF really fucking Hates Nazis.
They should not be allowed anything to do with our military forces ever again. This is not the type of people we want protecting our citizens. Fuck racism.
Maybe they need the ADL to explain these are "awkward gestures". Common mistake!
