That's what's so frustrating. As if doing a genocide wasn't bad enough on its own, by their attempts to deflect attention away from the genocide they are committing, Israel is providing a shockingly effective shield that emboldens actual antisemites to think they can speak out without rebuke.

It literally is. Literally everything about the situation is Israel's fault.
Israel came along as a neocolonialist state, kicked the local people off their land and stuffed them into the world's largest open-air prison. It let them elect their own government, but only after helping fund the more extremist wings in order to destabilise the peace process and ruin any chance of a peaceful two-state solution.
Every person Hamas kills is Israel's fault. Israel created Hamas, on purpose, because it did not want peace. It wanted an excuse to continue doing settler colonialism and to wipe out the local population.

As for the palestinian interviews, its grindingly normal journalism to talk to members of a protest, in a report about said protest. Its almost like the protesters want to communicate a message, and the reporter wants to report on... said message.

You're link was to a report about a protest, its not about whatever semblance of "government" is left in Gaza. Stay on the topic you've chosen Ikt, its tiring to explain this stuff when you get muddled between the topics.
I'd happily upvote any posts you make highlighting other (real) conflicts; genocides; crimes against humanity that are happening around the world.
