Sushi. I fuckin' love sushi.

If it's not my Chinese food order then a pot of Andouille Sausage and Cabbage.

Or Chicken and Dumplings.

I wouldn't say perfect food, but the other day was my birthday and my roommate made salmon patties with onion bits. My eyes got bigger than my stomach and I ate three of them, one as a sandwich and the other two I was too lazy for bread so I just ate the patties.

That was 2 days ago, my belly is still a bit over-full haha!

Something I did not have to make! Maybe something fancy though, because then I'm even less likely to make that.

Husband likes ravioli, either store bought or homemade.

Sibling wants a coconut cake but I haven't made one yet. So normally butterscotch ice cream for them.

My wife makes a spinach lasagna that's my absolute fave thing she makes. Followed by key lime pie.

Favorite childhood food I guess. I love good Chile rellenos, but since I went vegetarian years ago I have had to make them myself. And the type I like takes a lot of effort to make, so I usually make quite a few to justify the time. But yeah, "Chorizo" stuffed Chile Rellenos with rice and beans.

Chile Rellenos is deeply underappreciated as a dish.

Hmmm, right now definitely homemade hummus, homemade flour tortillas that are like pita thickness but much softer than pita. Homemade tzatziki with homemade yogurt. Homegrown dill, cucumbers, tomatoes, and chickpeas. Good imported olive oil, not the adulterated stuff. A feast for kings. Drinking homemade blueberry kombucha, extra cold.

Carbonara or a good Cacio e pepe.

And if I'm feeling really spoiled, a little fillet mignon in addition.

I don't drink alcohol, so instead of wine or anything, I pair this with a perfect cold sweet tea, southern US style

You didn't sign up for Incogni.com/BigMoney coupon code BigMoney for 60% off, and I was able to buy your data from data brokers off the dark web.

Sushi is my special treat meal. My place is very good but not cheap, so it's a, like, twice a year in good years.

I don't really care about the food, it's the company that matters to me. Ironically mine are often spent alone.

I do love a good cheesecake, though.

Message me on your birthday. We can chat while we eat.

My bf makes this blackened salmon. It’s my favorite thing he cooks at home! Just make sure the salmon is perfectly cooked and tender;) Also be careful, in a small apartment the blackening can potentially set off the fire alarm😂 He adds garlic powder and doubles the spices. The extra rub plus beurre blanc tastes great with mashed potatoes or rice, etc. It is decadent though. xD

Ribs. I put on a brown sugar-based dry rub, then "tent" them in a slow cooker for 7 or 8 hours. Throw a little sauce on about 20 minutes before eating so it gets a bit caramelized. You'll have to use wide salad tongs to take them out, they'll fall apart with regular ones.

Serve with a slaw or salad.

If you're interested, I can share the full recipe.

Sounds delicious, and i would totally eat it if you served it to me, but I can't see myself making it

Ramen or Tsukemen.
