Transcendental meditation has been a rich people/Hollywood woo-woo thing for decades. I'd put it in the harmless but off beat practices like hot yoga and juice cleansing.

Laughtrack
The laughtrack is almost more offensive than the whole supporting mass murder thing.
I liked Seinfeld the show, but Jerry was never really who made it funny. His only party trick was sarcastic observations. Guess what, been doing the same all my life, even got beat up over it in middle school. More than once.
George being neurotic, Kramer being Kramer and Elaine getting into trouble at her jobs was funny.
