That's a thing the Koreans do, putting beans on everything and in everything:
Red bean ice cream is delicious. It's not that odd when you realize that vanilla, chocolate, and coffee are all beans and all common ice cream flavors.
I really wanna try a bunch of red bean paste desserts. I have yet to try any kind of sweet from Asia that wasn't bomb af.
Uh, don't go to southeast Asia or you will be quickly disappointed. Plenty of good stuff, plenty of absolutely terrible things, especially baked goods. And you better like hard candy that tastes like perfume.
Coffee is more like a cherry, the bean is actually the pit. That being said, I love red bean.
Not just Koreans. Chinese and Japanese are quite fond of red bean desserts too.
I’m lactose intolerant and I want to make this before bed tonight to give my wife and her best friend a supreme dutch oven.
