Huh, we’re back to far-right populists in Germany coming up with a “final solution” to dealing with undesirables, I’m sure this will turn out fine.
There were always a few hillbillies, but now they somehow formed a party that pulls in enough votes from delusional folks that it's getting risky. They gonna ruin everything they can get their shitstained hands on.
Germans blaming their economic woes on an ethnic minority..
Where did we see this one before?
Next thing you're gonna say they are actively supporting the genocide of said ethnic minority hahaha. Ha.
From 2020:
"We can always shoot all [migrants] afterwards. That's not an issue at all. Or gas them, or whatever you want." & "The worse off Germany is, the better for the AfD"
we must destroy AfD because they are the nazi party reborn
They are actually working towards a petition to ban AFD as being unconstitutional and anti democratic.
Wolfgang Thierse, a former president of the German parliament who is considered a moral authority in the country, threw his weight behind an initiative to explore the possibility of banning the party on the grounds of anti-constitutionality.
He also offered his support for a petition looking to revoke the basic rights of prominent party members considered to be enemies of the constitution. A petition specifically directed against the Thuringia AfD’s group leader, Björn Höcke, has gained traction since the Potsdam meeting was revealed and by Tuesday had garnered more than 830,000 signatures.
the far-right populist AfD party after politicians from the party met neo-Nazis to discuss a “master plan” for the mass deportation of asylum seekers and German citizens of foreign origin.

What a great idea! Let's call it The Final Solution
/s
Don't forget that one of their leaders called the Holocaust a "just a fly poop" ("Nur nen Fliegenschiss"), literally.
the 30s are coming earlier this century! may be it's in their genes who knows. cyclic genomes
I know this is a joke, but the Nazis used eugenics as an reason for their atrocities. I don't think blowing in the same horn is doing any good here.
Actually, European fascism started in the early 20s the first time around too, with the Italian National Fascist Party founded in November 1921 and Mussolini becoming Prime minister a little under a year later.
I'm sure everything's gonna be fine this time around, though! 😬
IDK but the "master plan" sounds like the same as a "final solution" bullshit for me..
This is the best summary I could come up with:
The AfD’s leadership has sought to distant itself from the gathering in November on the outskirts of Potsdam, west of Berlin, which was revealed by the investigative journalism network Correctiv on Wednesday.
On Monday, Alice Weidel, the co-chair of the party, announced she was parting ways with her adviser Roland Hartwig, after his participation in the event was confirmed.
Among MPs to publicly express their support for the ideas discussed at the meeting was René Springer, a representative for the state of Brandenburg in the federal government.
Wolfgang Thierse, a former president of the German parliament who is considered a moral authority in the country, threw his weight behind an initiative to explore the possibility of banning the party on the grounds of anti-constitutionality.
A petition specifically directed against the Thuringia AfD’s group leader, Björn Höcke, has gained traction since the Potsdam meeting was revealed and by Tuesday had garnered more than 830,000 signatures.
The European parliament is due to debate the resurgence of neo-fascism across the continent on Tuesday evening, after a last-minute agenda item was added to address a chilling video from Italy that appeared to show hundreds of men making fascist salutes earlier this month.
The original article contains 773 words, the summary contains 198 words. Saved 74%. I'm a bot and I'm open source!
Can we please just have a good ending with this one where the Germans protest the nazis out of town. The world kind of needs this right now. Please Germany, show us that anti-fascist resistance is possible and history is not doomed to repeat itself forever.
