I think this is the first time I realized he is now facing 91 felony charges. If he is convicted for even a fraction of them it means a life sentence at his age. I imagine he is pretty desperate at this point.
Excellent info graphic I saw earlier today: The average US president has been charged with 2 felonies.
Life sentence for people like Giuliani as well, who is 79. I expect more flips than a Waffle House when the juries start marching in.
if... he goes to jail, that is.
seems most likely he'll be under house arrest. which is a joke.
He will lokely get epstein'd if that happens. He's got too big of a mouth
Super Tuesday 😂😂😂😂
And the E. Jean Carroll civil lawsuit is the same day as the Iowa caucus. 1/15.
91 felonies.
so.... anybody know any law-historians that might actually have a real answer as to who holds the single most felony convictions? (and would it be too low-class to take bets on if trump takes the record?)
Serial killer Samuel Little confessed to 93 murders so he's for sure on the leaderboard
Hmm. sounds like we need to drum up a few counts of witness tampering... got plenty of evidence, too.
This is like seeing a trailer for an awesome new movie that doesn't come out for another 6 months. The anticipation is killing me!
SUPER DUPER MONDAY!!!
My favorite feature of this is the judge has threatened to speed the trial up the more Trump interferes. All judges should do this all the time from now on.
I thought this was supposed to be January 2nd. Or is this for another trial? It's so hard to keep track of them all...
1/2 is the first proposed date for the 1/6 trial in D.C.
Trump lawyers countrered that they wanted 3.5 years, which nobody is taking seriously.
Judge is due to announce the date on 8/28.
