I honestly thought this could be real, and I wouldn't be too surprised if it were.
Damn, recently I felt the onion had been losing its edge or something with some of the posts I’d seen lately being plain silly. I see now they most certainly have not. I was even fortunate enough to not notice the onion until a few sentences in and my building outrage turned to confused skepticism that this must be satire.
Holy crap! This came up in an "All" search, so I didn't realise it was The Onion. About the third sentence in I thought to check what community it was. Sadly there probably has been a company who's tried to set up this kind of business.
My dad sometimes tell us story about wisting east Berlin. They looked across the border and there were watch towers with tourists also watching.
I haven’t noticed that the article was from the onion and in my outrage I said wtf out loud and everybody looked at me in the train. Sucks.
The sad part about it is that the article can be true.
