Wow, a mantis that north. By coincidence i wondered yesterday when the mantis will arrive in the Netherlands. We need to keep working on heating the earth otherwise it'll be never here.

They crossed the Alps decades ago and are currently spreading through southern Germany. Soon I’d say.

We've been apparently getting more of them up here as our summers get hotter and dryer. First time I've actually seen one, though.
