Can use reasonable force to remove from house. Can somehow detain them, didn't go into more details. You can use "reasonable force" to defend self. Ex in home def, if you're a big man, you can't best up a small teen who broke into your house. you're suppose to generally run away. Can use reasonable force to remove from home, didn't specify what that is

Vid 2 For summary (minor) offenses, police have to prosecute aggressor by 1 yr 1 day. For indictment (major) and dual procedure (medium) offenses, no time frame to prosecute

Vid 3 Bad character evidence (being known to popo as a drug dealer even without being ever arrested, having a criminal record) can make a witness an unreliable witness. Same with a police who was written up too many times.
