He didn't. Harry Shearer does the voice and he quickly found it to be overly taxing (on his throat) so he retired the character.

There was Marvin Monroe Memorial Hospital which was in Who Shot Mr. Burns Part 2. However, it was a blink and you miss it gag, with none of the characters pointing out the name.
