I'd like to point out that a person does not have to serve in the military in order to actual defend our freedoms. In fact, I'd argue that there have been very few people in the military since WW2 to have actually fought for our freedoms.

But you know who did fight for our freedoms? Who literally took a bullet for our freedoms, but still kept fighting? Larry Flynt. He did more to protect our 1st Amendment rights than any living politician (at least that I can think of at the moment).

We need more heroic, piece of shit, smut peddlers like Larry Flynt... when America looks in the mirror, he is who we should see reflected.

That's how you do it... any time someone references twitter let them know that you don't consider that a reputable source since it is all trolls and bots.

Actually, it is 100% certain that anyone posting on Twitter is either a bot or a troll. Once you realize that, it's easy to completely walk away from Twitter.

I would love a pair of smart glasses to augment what I'm seeing... Give me context, keep me informed, allow me to monitor things closely, yet passively, and let me do it all inconspicuously and unobtrusively! Even better if it has eye tracking navigation.

Oh, and make sure the hardware and software are open source and self-hosted. If it has all of that I'm in, 100%.

Good point, though I would be surprised if well designed handles would really cause that much drag.

I've obviously never tasted this in a wind tunnel or anything, I just don't think the mileage gained would balance out the lives lost.
