You can't rationalize with crazy. You gotta beat crazy with crazy.

Ontario Liberals and NDP propped up Wynne (incumbent), Del Duca, Horwath, Stiles and Crombie against Ford and overwhelmingly lost. It's incredible to me how Ontario can't find a strong, charismatic, left-leaning leader that can beat Ford in a popularity contest.

The question was "What type of stuff are you buying off Aliexpress?"

I started responding with "toys, cleaning supplies, phone cases, etc." And then I noticed I was responding to a post on ** Aliexpress@programming.dev**

So I felt like my response wouldn't be as helpful or would be off-topic because I was responding on the programming.dev instance.

Right? That makes sense right? LOL

I start to respond to a post or comment that I see on NEW. I finish and right before I hit post, I notice the instance/server is completely unrelated to my response and I deleted my post :) - It's an added nuance to Lemmy that takes some getting used to.

209 Billion seems like a lot but it's not in comparison to their overall wealth. Us poors need to stop celebrating their financial losses.

You can still browse and your comments still remain up. But you can no longer post or comment further. I'll still get upvotes / replies to old comments. I just can't respond

My kid is slowly growing out of Bluey and that makes me so sad. I LOVE the show. So smartly written. As a dad with mental health issues, the relationship the parents have with the kids gives me something to strive towards. Can't say enough.
