Yeah he's pretty goddamn stupid.

Except he declared war on California instead. Then he bombed it's but that wasn't what anyone but Faux News would call a war.

You cast 9mm at the dragon, but its hide is too thick and you do 2 damage.

Some social constructs exist for a good reason. Part of growing is learning to tell which are good and which are bad.

This is hardly the least scientific anything cops do.

How are so many people incapable of doing the literally most obvious and easy task of "do not fuck children" JFC.

What's the correct pronunciation here? Because I keep reading it like "Bob Dylan" but with a "V."

But consider... Steam Deck.

Because it's a lesson they'll never forget lol

It's older than that. Nixon started it and Regan kicked is down the mountain.

I started using Qwant (was using duck duck go) and noticed that search results are now including AI summaries. Is there a way to disable this bullshit, it do I need to go back to DDG?

I came up with a riddle and they claimed I was violating a rule. I argued that I was not and got permabanned. It was my first ever post there lol. I only posted there because there's not really a comparable Lemmy sub. Some mods are just so petty and stupid.

Modern photography doomed Still Lifes as a common type of pairing

See the screenshot; some links but not all show that gray area with the link name. This is in the Connect app but I can't find a setting for that - it just started happening one day in the last week or so.

Is there a way to fix this? Is it a Connect issue, a Lemmy issue, or unique to Discuss?

Thanks.

This is separate from the technical categorization of colors. Rather, how do you associate color families in your thoughts? Also, how good is your color vision, for comparison?

For me, I have excellent color vision;

  • Reds, pinks, magentas, very red oranges
  • Oranges, Yellows, Browns, very yellow greens
  • Greens
  • Most blues, purples, very blue greens
  • Whites, off-whites, creams, light blues
  • Black, grays, very dark blues, and other near-black colors that aren't browns

I guess that goes for eyebrows and other body hair in general, but it seems like hair loss with age is very specifically only on top of the head and nowhere else.
