If you have Android, you should check out Shelter or Island (Shelter is open source, but Island is in the play store). It's not what you're describing, but it accomplishes something similar. It essentially leverages Androids ability to create a work profile to create another isolated profile on your phone. That profile can have spoofed, useless data fed to it or even just be disabled when you're not using it.

Dang, you're right. Boomers went through 1964, and she was born in October 1964. So, still a boomer... She definitely acts more like Gen X. I bet being a poc has a hand in that.

I bet that second map would look dramatically different if it was sightings per capita.

Trump said he would create a government position just for him. He would also probably get some easier contracts and less oversight with SpaceX.

From my understanding California already had the red tape and funding figured out for it too. But they paused it because they wanted to look into the vaporware loop.

Let's see how the strategy of ignoring calls from your base a year before a contested election that your opponent polls higher in key states works out for them. It feels like the DNC is trying to lose in 2024 right now.

You can get mad at Amazon, but really it's the Supreme Court you should be mad at. Amazon is going to take advantage of whatever it thinks will make them more money. The government is the thing that is supposed to keep them in check.

Edit: A lot of people seem to be reading something different from what I wrote. I didn't say you shouldn't be mad at Amazon, or that Amazon isn't at fault for their own actions. What I did say is that you should expect this type of behavior from a business and should expect our government to do a better job at keeping this behavior in check.

I guess if you don't know what a rootkit is it could seem like one.

On Reddit I remember getting called a "space Karen" for pointing this out in a discussion about Starlink. Elon Musk fanboys are some of the worst. Second only to Q fanboys.
