I've got a MK8 Golf and boy are the interior ergonomics of that thing annoying. Capacitive EVERYTHING. Steering wheel controls. Climate controls. Overhead lights!! It still has a normal blinker stalk though. But I knew what I was getting into when I bought it....I mainly wanted one of the last manual hatchbacks before they die out completely. Good thing it is super fun to drive so I don't really pay attention to the annoying lack of buttons.
Angel of death in my ass
I like the phone link integration. I've never been a fan out auto-populating app folders though.
Where's all the ads though? They've gotta be thinking about turning one of the folders into a recommended apps folder or something dumb. They'll sneak something in somewhere.
Probably Iceland. No one bothers them and they don't bother anyone. Doesn't get hot, fjords and geysers to look at, puffins, bubble hotels, cool metal scene.

Same. If I could skip the initial dating thing and just have an instant SO that I hang out with and enjoy, I'd be pretty happy. But I'm not good at meeting new people. Plus, after enough failed dates, it gets difficult to justify dumping more time into it. It's so mentally taxing to find someone, get to know them, meet them (and deal with the amount of anxiety that goes into that whole ordeal), it probably doesn't work out, repeat and try again. So I just hang out with my cat instead.
The only reason I have any enthusiasm about CoPilot+ PCs (AI PCs or whatever new name they get in 6 months) is because of ARM and battery life.
Heck, I'll trade them all the AI features for no ads.
Any Pixel really. I’d probably lean toward like a Pixel 8a if you’ve got the budget for it since you’ll get 7 years of updates so you can target the latest Android platform. Plus, Google commonly has sales on the Google Store (definitely avoid paying full price for one). But all the Pixels have good 3rd party ROM support so even the older ones can run the newest versions of Android using Lineage or something similar.
TBH, if you’re just learning, I’d say just use the Android Studio emulator.
Hopefully this means Ubuntu will have good support for the X1 Elite...that'd be pretty sweet. Then all that sweet code can trickle down to the other distros.
I wanted to see what all this talk about vim was and now I’ve been stuck for 3 years.
Duh-tah
Just kidding. I say day-ta. Although dah-ta slips out every so often.
