Don't be a pussy, it Taint that bad.
He's asking about moderators, not admins. Of course admins can see that information.
I think a lot of you are confusing Federation with decentralization. They are not the same thing.
Being a habitual asshole like that? I think it might be warranted. Nothing of value is lost by those people not being part of society any longer.
Then maybe don't have a cat if you can't care for it properly?
Tell us you don't know how to type without telling us you don't know how to type
I love swipe gestures on the phone and use it almost exclusively and I'm pretty fast with it... but in no world is it even close to the speed of a keyboard.
Nobody cares man. Why do you think this is the proper forum to air your grievance about a known shitty instance?
Stop visiting that instance. Problem solved.
I, too, preferred KBin to lemmy. I created my communities there and ultimately spun up my own instance. With all the problems, I finally gave up on it and ended up spinning up a lemmy instance. With the Advent of Sync for lemmy, it was the right decision.
Now, using sync, and lemmy tools on the desktop, the lemmy experience is excellent.
I do think KBin has a better user interface and the extra Mastodon integration is awesome, but it's just too rough to be used as a daily driver unfortunately.
Yep, I agree. Yet another reason I just spun up my own instance and use that.
I was running a KBin server, but federation never worked well, even with other KBin servers.
Finally gave up myself and spooled up a Lemmy server.
It's unfortunate because KBin is just better in almost every aspect compared to Lemmy, but the lack of reliable federation just kills it
There a really good point. We take the AC for granted mostly, while it's an usual sight in many parts of Europe.
Wow... Literally nobody has mentioned the easiest solution? Get enough sleep and use a regular bedtime?
Just getting "enough" sleep for a few nights isn't going to work. You need to go to bed at the same time every night and get enough restful sleep for months so your body is on a schedule. Then you won't be tired during the day.
If you are, you may not be getting restful sleep and you need to investigate that.
For me, it was a CPAP. I'm physically fit, normal weight, healthy otherwise, but I was having obstructive sleep apnea. Getting a CPAP was a night and day difference, as my sleep is much more restful and restorative.
