Dass ältere Menschen nicht überproportional mehr Unfälle verursachen, ist wohl auf weniger gefahrene Kilometer zurückzuführen. Sind sie allerdings in einen schweren Unfall verwickelt, haben sie oft Schuld daran.

Maestro-Karte? Meinst du eventuell die Girocard? Maestro gibt es für neue Karten nicht mehr und ist auch nicht wirklich relevant innerhalb Deutschlands

Personally I hate using cash, especially coins, but going completely cashless is a terrible idea. My university's canteen no longer accepts cash and I wanted to buy a coffee. So I tap my phone like I always do. Payment won't process. Okay, so I try my physical debit card. Still nothing... Luckily a friend could help me out in the end but it would have been far less embarrassing if I could've just handed them a fiver.

Have you looked into the Framework Laptop? It's highly customisable, upgradable, and repairable. I don't actually know how well it plays with Linux but as it is appealing to techy people who like to tinker I would imagine the community to be rather active.
