I have a Samsung TV and it's kind of irritating that it does this same thing. Any option you leave selected for a few seconds will start playing a sample

It's frustrating to have to go hunt for a safe place to put my cursor so my TV doesn't start playing something I don't want it to.

Because they can be slotted in to work existing machinery without retooling the entire plant.

The streamlined menu makes it so the line goes pretty fast.

Even when it's around the building it'll only take 10 min.

I'm around your same age and have always been told immigrants generally good.

That's not a generational view you have there. I'm willing to bet that immigrant is a synonym for 'not white' by whoever in your past has said this.

No joke, 50th anniversary of the first F16 flight is coming up very soon.

Granted the guts of that plane have been upgraded over and over, but still.

It was put on hold while both sides argued for and against it.

The prosecutor won the argument and the hold was removed.

Old timey American slang for black person, meant to have a derogative tone.

Keep in mind that depending on the type of eye issue they may not need them all the time. In this example the person only needs then to read and it might actually make their vision worse to wear them when not.

You can if they were mp3s instead of audio tracks!

Most cd players are able to handle both since like 2003.

It's true, game prices today are the same as they have been for the past 40 years for AAA titles.

I can't think of an industry which hasn't had a price raise in decades.

Gaming had managed to get by on this thanks to increasing market volume as gaming became more mainstream in addition to extra revenue streams like micro transactions. But it's hitting saturation now and won't keep counteracting inflation forever
