Hi, I need to find out who the founder of the c/politics community is, since I had a post removed from there and the ModLog doesn't say who did it and there was no reason given to act on. It looks like abuse of the mod bot that may need to be removed.

Lately, I have been having issues leading to frustration with a group I'm involved with that does rehearsals for a stage play over the summer. What the group does is create their own script for a play instead of using an existing one and I have been given permission to write a scene that involves the use of stuffed animals as puppets into the script as their assistant writer since I can do playwrighting.

Since I had gotten suggestions to do a lost boy and Captain Kangaroo, I ended up attempting to merge them both and came up with the idea of a boy dressed like a koala who is a half breed of human and koala fae with a connection to the eucalyptus woods. While I was working on this character of mine, I was hearing about clear-cutting of eucalyptus trees in Australia and became sad because of what it doing to the poor koalas.

That is what gave me the idea to make the puppet scene be deep in the eucalyptus forest in a mystical place that is full of koalas called Koalawalla Woods, and depict the plight of the koalas and the threat of clear cutters. The story I came up with is an elder koala is the first one to see men coming into the outskirts of the eucalyptus forest and start to clear cut eucalyptus trees.

It concerns him greatly that he sends a young boy koala to Koalawalla Woods in order to inform my namesake on here of the dire situation. She becomes really concerned about the clear cutters and wonders what can they do since she is known as Koala Mother who cares for all the koalas. She is also worried about the welfare of the koala dressed boy as she shares a special bond with him due to him being part koala fae.

The boy being nearby overhears the commotion there and wants to know what is going on. Koala Mother informs him about the loggers clear cutting eucalyptus trees and is not sure if there is anything they can do against them. He then states they may need to inform the fairy queen he is under the protection of about their dire situation. The young boy koala overhears him saying this and goes back to the elder koala to tell him this.

At the same time, Koala Mother gets more visitors coming by wondering what is going on and if there is something they can do against the loggers. While she is in the middle of talking to an elfling girl who happens to be in the area and wonders how she can help the koalas, the young boy returns and whispers in her ear. She tells the elfling girl to hold her thought on what she is saying and speaks to the young koala boy.

He informs Koala Mother the fairy queen requested for the koala dressed boy to go to this location to find this crystal stone they need to save Koalawalla Woods, and she needs her to open a portal there. Koala Mother reluctantly agrees that could be their only hope and opens a portal to where the crystal stone can be found in the same fashion Pinky or Printy opens her portals in the old Noozles cartoon.

After I have submitted this to be the puppetry scene in the group's play I'm involved with since I had felt that I wanted to depict the plight of the koalas to the audience and gain attention of it in a way. Even though it was accepted, I was never informed of the koala dressed boy being written into the rest of the play to fall down on the ground and is dying like he is being killed off, and I didn't approve of this.

Right now, I'm preparing to submit a further edit I made to their script that fixes this and makes more sense, but if they don't approve of it, I will no longer be involved in their play and pull my character and puppet scene out of it. If it does come to that, I'm wondering if anyone here may know of a community that would be interested in my ideas here. I can expand on them alone without them being compacted with the rest of a play.

What is going on is that I had started checking out BlueSky after I had gotten an invite from someone on Twitter/X to move there, and just recently I have gotten a confusing message related to the illuminati on there. I haven't responded to them since I'm very confused and thought to try to get help in r/Scams on Reddit thinking it might be illegitimate.

When I had tried to ask over there, my message had gotten removed by the AutoModerator over there saying that my post has been removed because it looks like you are relying heavily on a screenshot to explain the scam. This has me wondering where else I can get help about this, even though I can provide a screenshot of the message in question.

I hope this is a good place for this since I'm not sure what other community would be for this, nor who I could talk to about this. Lately, I'm becoming more concerned about AI among other things and I have been looking for movements against this stuff going on. It also has me questioning whether or not it will be a good idea to create a community about this on here since I can't seem to find any community that it would fit in.

To try to keep my mind off things, I have been going into groups for Faerie and Wicca beliefs to focus my thoughts on woodland mysteries and things like that, and someone brought up something about keeping the magick alive for little ones mentioning the use of tiny letters. That got me thinking one of those letters can be saying, "Since the beginning of time, we have been the guardians and the healers of the forest. You have too long forgotten the magic powers of nature. The time has come for you to call on them again, and remember, all the magic of creation exists within one single tiny seed. Help it to grow.", and comes inside a tiny envelope containing a lot of seeds that could get a child to feel bad, concerned, and want to reconnect with the woodlands.

I feel this may lead to the child gaining an affinity for the color green, an interest in green colored dresses and brown booties, and perhaps wanting to become a child of the forest. This also got me thinking about the story that I have been writing, that is about a few kids who are feeling they are out of a place within a technological nightmare world, and are also getting a calling sensation to go into the woodlands. As they leave home and venture to the woods, they notice a number of the trees look like they are withering and dying which makes them concerned.

This soon leads them through a cave passage into a world which appears to be somewhere in the 1800s where they meet a group of kids who have a hideout above an abandoned pawnshop like place. They find out more things there, continue their venture into the woods there, and through a faerie gateway that takes them to another world that is stuck in medieval times with little to no technology to be seen. This world has an older Legend of Zelda/Lord of the Rings feel to it even though its still a work in progress.

Oh, and I also had started to plan and put together a video series that focuses on an elf girl named Lindsey who escapes out into the forest from her foster mom, and it kind of becomes similar to a scavenger hunt to locate certain things. As I try to focus on these things, something I see somewhere tends to cause me to be increasing worried about certain technologies.

Anyway, the idea behind a few of these projects is to show things that appear to be getting forgotten, and to attempt to get children weaned off of phones and tablets that are causing the outdoors and wilderness to be forgotten, and to get rid of the garbage as well as the enshittification being brought on by greed. I'm currently wondering if I should look into setting up a community for discussions on this, though I currently don't know what to call it.

While I was looking something up, I recently came across a link to this video that was talking about a 2024 election and I have been trying to figure out which community I can post about it in, and where I can get someone to look into it, figure out what its about, and whether or not we are heading for dark days after the presidential election.

Anyway, It has made me feel very scared since it was talking about how the Democrats in the House of Representatives are plotting to block the certification of Donald Trump if he wins the election, since they are predicted to take about the House, but doesn't mention anything about the status of the US Senate.

It also mentioned the Stock Market is going to be having a 50% crash, the final fall of the US Dollar, there will be public unrest possibly leading to a Civil War, Martial Law being instituted, etc.

I'm not sure where to post to find someone to help me or a workaround for this, but I'm having an issue on here where the display picture that I used for a couple of topics I posted in my koala community had gone 404. I have tried to ask for help in !support@lemmy.world and sent an e-mail to the admins to try to get the problem fixed, but I had not gotten any response from the admins and I'm beginning to wonder if I need to find someone who may know of a workaround for this.

I'm not sure what is going on now, but the image on the same post has gone to 404 again with the following message, and I'm wondering if this is a false flag to be looked into.

I recently just noticed that one of my posts, the one to a petition on Care2, had its display picture from the petition itself get deleted as it was coming up as 404. I have changed it to a direct link to the image on Dingo for now while I'm wondering why I wasn't even notified of the reason why it was removed.

Edit: Now it looks like it is 404 here as well.

I have thought about this and decided to post here since it was suggested that it could go here.

Anyway, I'm currently feeling like I need to speak to someone and might be able to help. I haven't been doing much with the koala community I create here since I have been feeling a bit down.

Even though I'm thinking about it, I'm still wondering how I would incorporate a koala comfort place into it where one could talk about concerning things that may also be worrisome things.

And I’m also currently planning on posting links to articles about koalas and petitions to help koalas and/or their habit posted to it, which the post titles will be marked in []s if they are for a petition, article, or something else. If anyone has any ideas they want to talk to me, feel free to let me know.
