If you're not gonna adress anything I said, you should reconsider the value of your time here, it's being wasted.

Oh wait lol, BOT alert, this account was created literally 2 hours ago to shit on people in politics channels.

Haven't been paying attention? Unless it's the BEST, BIGGEST or FIRST, the American mind can't comprehend its existence. They'd be literally the last to do healthcare, boring! But the FIRST to evaporate their economy with the BIGGEST mass deportation in history, now that's something the BEST nation can get behind! /s

If Gaza is such a hot topic for you, how do you justify letting someone that absolutely despises muslims and would love to see them eradicated, enter the white house and likely lift all restrictions on Israel and delivery anything they ask for? There's little doubt that Haris would have changed the situation much at all, but a Trump win basically solidifies the Palestinian's fate to die as Israel's war equipment guinea pigs. Do you feel like your inaction is fine because either way, the genocide doesn't end?

Hmm, yea actually... I kinda forgot about it, since it technically works, but VLCs in LLMS pretty much stopped being a thing ever since I switched to Linux. A powerful tool, the loss of which forced me to learn how to more effectively utilize more primitive instruments and effects. I admit, Linux is lacking in high quality music composition apps.

Personally haven't encountered anything that didn't run on wine or proton. I know shit like Adobe and some multi-player live service games are intentionally made to NOT run on Linux, but I couldn't care less. If I wanted to burn money for the hell of it, I'd spend it on something fun.

I mean there's a point to be a had. A blanket age restriction is probably the wrong way to go about it, but like, stranger danger doesn't apply to just the physical world. We teach kids the importance of not talking to strangers, but are completely fine with literal nazi forums. Nobody would let their kid attend a KKK meeting, but yet again, a literal nazi forum is fine?

Anybody still using Google should take a deep long look in the mirror. Not for any moral reasons, just a sort of "how much do I enjoy wasting time skipping adds" reason. It's what made me switch to a different search engine. Because Google is becoming borderline unusable with how far down the actual results are now.

Lol, keep coping. Or read projet 2025 if you want to know what's coming. Good news, you don't need to read it whole, it just repeats once it gets to why LGBT people shouldn't exist anywhere.

Is there also a face mask exception? They aren't handy for just pandemics.

As a zoomer that's old enough to be working class now. Man, my childhood was fucked. At school, being a right wing troll was the norm, at least for boys. I was too.

The worst part is no-one cared, fucking "they'll grow out of it" and now everyone is suddenly in shock. When I talk about it to my friend today he's even in fucking denial about it, "Oh they didn't actually mean that, it was all jokes".

And our education system doesn't do anything to combat this shit either. Quite the opposite, the dogmatic authoritarian approach schools take coupled with zero-tolerance policies pretty much ensures people shouting this hateful shit get away with it.

After all saying "Hitler did nothing wrong" only gets annoyed looks, gets completely brushed off as "edgy" or something. But then when someone points out that person's shit, suddenly that's an attack???

Honestly, it just feels like a matter of time before we're gonna see tractor sized vehicles around in cities and people are still gonna say they NEED them for groceries. Yet when I actually visited America and we went grocery shopping with a pickup the size of my room back home, I got the experience of having shopping bags on my lap in the passage seat for the first time ever. Like where else you gonna put it? The trunk? The back seats??? Oh you jokester! There's like legit no space inside these things.

Meat is expensive. (lemmy.world)

No but like seriously, why are vegan and vegetarian options always MORE expensive at restaurants. Whenever I cook my self, the meat is BY FAR the most expensive part of any meal. Meanwhile stuff like soy strips are DIRT CHEAP, not to mention they last basically forever!

The canteen I go to for lunch actually sells the meatless meals for 2/3 of the price, always a taunting reminder. Like hell yea, that's how ya convert me!
