But that would require them to reign in the very same companies that sponsor them. One can hope, but it seems unlikely.

One of the biggest culture shocks as a Danish person visiting California, was seeing how normalised driving high was. I smoke pretty regularly, but I would never even think about getting behind the wheel after a single puff.

I actually teach teenagers programming and 3D modelling. The past 5 years has been the first decline in tech literacy I've ever experienced between generations. My personal theory is that only the gamers actually have computers at home now. Everyone else only use their smartphones, and that only gives a negligible increase in tech literacy compared to using a computer.

This saved my ass at my engineering chemistry exam (still a requirement, even for software engineers) where only offline tools were allowed. Love Kiwix!

He's a man-child with too many resources. There was recently an interview with him, where he just suddenly left in anger, because a set piece was not the way he imagined it. Instead of trying to communicate his disappointment he just got angry and left. You could see on his crew that this is how he acts all the time, and that they were fed up with having a child as a boss.

There is something wrong with how we have structured society when a POS like him can get that successful.

Instead of buying this game, I started a new run in New Vegas. I am having the best time.

Trig is honestly the math I've used the most since finishing school. But to be fair, that is mostly because it's useful as hell when doing game development as a hobby.

Maybe we don't need 4K 60FPS video to show Mr. Beast giving away more crap. Just because we can up the quality, doesn't mean we should. Or maybe client-side real-time AI upscaling will make this a non-issue.
