Moin allerseits :)

Nach meiner Exkursion nach Korea und meines Bestaunens der dortigen smarten Bidets, und wie sie alle auf deutsch heißen, haben wir uns in unserer eigenen Wohnung, mangels Anschlussmöglichkeiten, mit verschiedenen Alternativen zu beglücken versucht: Feuchttücher, manuelle Popoduschen, Bidet-Duschstrahler.

Nun ziehen wir um und möchten einen vollautomatischen Sitz in unserem Bad. Nicht nur die Dusche und Badewanne soll die Funktion des Säuberns haben, sondern auch die Toilette.

Wir haben eine Steckdose relativ nah an dem WC, allerdings ist der Wasseranschluss in der Wand. Wir benötigen also ein Dusch-WC mit Wassertank.

Außerdem eine austauschbare Düse und einen Heizlüfter. Über die tatsächlichen Vorteile verschiedener Reinigungsprogramme sind wir uns noch nicht bewusst.

Habt ihr Empfehlungen für Dusch-WCs? Verlässliche Produkttests habe ich nicht gefunden. Nur von Amazon-Bewertungen möchte ich meine Kaufentscheidung nicht abhängig machen.

This time I'm using a slightly more complicated pattern, but tbh unfortunately not a pattern that I had to learn anew. For the lantern frame I'm using American Nutwood. At least that is what we call it here in Germany. I don't know which kind of nut exactly that is. The color is brown, obviously. It also shimmers purple when the light is right.

Zu Anfang des Artikels wird kurz erwähnt, dass das Versprechen von einer Eigentumswohnung o.ä. durch Arbeit nicht mehr eingehalten wird.

Ich zumindest überlege schon seit längerem auf 30 Std/Woche zu reduzieren, weil ich in der misslichen und glücklichen Lage bin den restlichen Lohnt nicht gebrauchen zu können.

Das Durchhaltevermögen weiterhin 40 Stunden zu arbeiten ohne zu wissen, ob es denn mit dem Ersparten überhaupt irgendwann mit der Eigentumswohnung oder Haus klappt, habe ich mittlerweile nicht mehr.

Oder sollte ich ein Haus auf Pump kaufen mit einem Zinssatz von 5%, 1% Tilgung und 40 Jahren bis der Kredit angezahlt ist (grobe Zahlen)? Ich glaube das ist mit auch zu vage und unsicher.

I'm interested in learning to develop a multiplayer game that is hosted with a single central server. With all the anti-hype around Unity, I thought I'd try out Godot instead.

I'm looking for learning resources on this. All I have found so far was centered around player-hosted multiplayer games, which is not what I'm looking for. Think about Diablo or Path of Exile where they have one or multiple servers managing the game and players. That is what I'm looking to learn doing.

I think more precisely:

• database synchronisation
• client synchronisation
• interpolation for movement/effects
• delta compression
• server-side game state management

Game-wise, I'm looking to develop a multiplayer platformer.

I'm a backend software developer with a couple years in, so advanced guides are nothing I'm afraid of.

I already bought and listened to all 14 books on Audible in English, but my wife wants to listen to them in German. They are purchasable on Audible, but they have been split into three parts per book at 25€/part. I hate it. And I do not want support this practice. We would've bought them had they kept one part per book.

However, I'm not able to find those audiobooks in German on any public tracker. Can somebody perhaps point me into the right direction, please?

Last evening my wife requested a smoked pepper sausage. This was to be her first after her pregnancy – awaiting true delight. Unfortunately, by the time the sausage was delivered, my wife had to cater our child. In my haste, no other container was to be found. Hence, I herewith present to you: The sausage in the glass.

I decided to display the scene in black and white. This allows the viewer to disregard the possibly distracting green shades of the glass' stripes and brownish yellow of the oak coffee table. In turn, he or she may concentrate more on the story behind this unique setting. Also, lightning was pretty shtty and I had difficulties dealing with the shadow on the floor and wall.

However, the shadow tells a different story. While the sausage and the accompanying feeling of delight are obvious, the implications on mother nature are not to be missed. The shadow of the sausage draws an exceptional shape on the wall – a tsunami rolling over the edge of the table, to be flooding and destroying the foundation of our lives. The tsunami could display the gruesome and biologically unnerving methods involved in raising such sausage and the aftereffects of those on our beloved mother nature.

You can see that as bland and boring as this picture looks, the story behind can be quite intriguing.

I'm waiting for your professional nonsense and hopefully more intriguing descriptions or Interpretations.

Interessant, dass Alice Weidel am unbeliebtesten ist, die AFD aber zweitstärkste Partei ist.

Auch traurig, dass die meisten wohl denken, dass Klimaproteste keine oder wenig Auswirkungen haben. Recht gebe ich ihnen.

The Kumiko lamp is finally finished. It took the longest time to wait for the arrival of the power cable, light and light socket (e14). I like it so much that I will probably make it again for myself, haha.

As the title suggests, the larger gaps are to be filled with Kumiko. The smaller gaps will be left empty. I though about a simple pattern as in the demo lantern on the right in this picture.

Do you have other ideas? All I can currently do with my mitre saw are square patterns. Cannot do triangles, unfortunately.

Made this little box for the box contest that ends in two days. Used some scrap wood I had. This is my first box made with my mitre saw in our cellar. Had to hand sand all of this 😬 ouch hands.
