I didn't know there was a feed. The subscription page is what I have bookmarked, not the home page. People have complained about not getting notified of new videos, but that hasn't happened to me once in the 15+ years I have been using YouTube.

It is in the name. It is a markup language, not a programming/scripting language.
Why would I sign on with a business partner that has shown they can't do their one job? If I am trying to hire a painter I am not going to hire Mr. Bean.

What they don't tell you is that it is ridiculously cheap and easy for chicken farmers to replace lost chickens.
The chicken/egg shortage from the bird flu was resolved in under 2 weeks, but they used that opportunity to keep prices high.
These people wouldn't stand before God. They would immediately get a one way ticket to hell. As they did not allow due process in life, they will not get it in death.

The first step is to be kind about it. Send a message over YouTube explaining that you are the developer and kindly ask them to take it down. It is important to be very polite and non aggressive about it.
You can also report the video stating it is advertising illegal activity.
As others have posted, this guy has no subs, and not every view/sub equates to a purchase or instance of pirating. You may lose a few potential sales, but you need to understand this is not lost revenue as there was no guarantee they were going to buy it in the first place, and you have not lost something of limited stock.

My experience with SO is that I'll look up a question about how to do something using X method and all the answers are like "why are you using X?" or "here's how to do it using Y.". You rarely find people answering the questions and instead find people trying to spread gospel about a certain tech that you aren't using.
It is usually a driver who has too many packages or doesn't care, both cases are an issue with the company itself.
You all need to remember the target audience of these consoles - Nintendo streamers and children. These people do not care about HDR as much as your traditional PC gamers do. They are going to cut corners to make the console as cheap as possible and only as powerful as needed for their gimmicks to run smoothly.
I dislike the Switch 2 and Nintendo for many reasons, but the lack of good HDR is not one of them.
