But price disparities already exist in other places sometimes. Like YT premium using the App store (due to the 30% cut) and everywhere else.
So why can't they sell their game for $56 on Epic and $70 on Steam? They'd make about the same money per sale on each?
I was at a HD dealership recently trying to find out why so many people like Harleys. I test rode a Sportster 48, and then the salesperson tried to direct me to a Nightster. I think I sat on it but I declined to ride it because I didn't want to be riding a 93hp bike after just a month of experience riding a slow 250. Definitely want to try one out sometime next year though.
Krastorio 2 is the recommended overhaul mod after a vanilla playthrough. It makes the game somewhat harder than vanilla, although I don't really know what it contains as I never played through it.
Industrial Revolution 3 is another good choice.
Or you can jump off the deep end like me and start a Angels+Bobs map, but this is quite difficult dealing with many byproducts and thousands of recipies. Also, you don't need many trains to beat it, I beat the modpack with 3 train lines, but if you want to scale up trains would be useful.
My motorcycle is 330lbs and has 20hp, and with my weight it has about the power to weight ratio of a Prius. It has a slower 0-60 and 2/3 the top speed of a Prius. However, it's a lot more fun and even gets better mpg!
In the power to weight ratio, you're forgetting that the rider's weight is significant on a motorcycle but negligible in a car.
My big interest right now is motorcycles yet I still recently failed a motorcycle captcha
I had higher hopes for this when I saw the picture. It looks like an electric Grom, so I thought it would have 7500W or more of power. If that was true, that would be a fun bike.
They dropped it in the newest Xperia 1 V. Still kept all of the other great features though.
Kawasaki recently launched some entry level electric Ninjas, but they're complete garbage for the price. $8000 for a bike with 10hp, 55mph top speed, and 55 miles of range. That should've been $4000 or less.
Just get a $3500 Grom with the same power and speed but also the fun of a mini-bike or a $6000 Ninja 400 with 5x the power and still 55mpg.
Kawasaki also just announced a hybrid Ninja motorcycle that actually looks really intriguing, but we don't know the price yet.
I'd much rather pay one time purchases than a subscription, because then it feels like I'm just renting instead of buying.
And an "EOL" game isn't necessarily bad because now modders can mod the game without worrying about updates breaking things, unless the game goes truly "EOL" by removing aspects of the game or worse, the game itself.
Me last year thinking I'm financially responsible: I'll never spend more than I need to survive, and I'll invest the rest!
Me this year after catching the motorcycle bug: Need... Faster... Bike...
