Sadly not everywhere. On mobile it lacks behind. Even more on video content and low power cpus.

Chromium is slightly better in a way where I could clic on the video buttons without lag : On my android TV, (sideloaded) Firefox had issues with video buttons. So I tried using kiwi browser (for the extension support), and it worked well for buttons. The video wasn't a lot smoother, but it just seemed maybe just slightly better.

It can be a pre-planned trade. However they also could have waited for the shares to be sold then make the announcement.

Who knows. I'm not here as a judge.

On the website :

Wireguard is clearly seen by firewalls as a VPN by only allowing UDP packets

However proton Vpn în their app, they have a "wireguard TCP" setting.

Which is also confusing as on their wireguard marketing page, there is a faq where they say openvpn supports tcp in a ways as it supports TCP but not wireguard.

It can be more than a fine.

They could be forced to sell parts of Google, to stop paying browsers, or whatever the court decides. However if the court decides in favor of the antitrust, then it will also put in place a precedent which will impact the other companies too.

This is very old news. But I guess it's never too late to make a copy article for advertising...

Good thing there are tools for viewing old versions of a website (wayback machine for example). At least if there is a snapshot at the time where the comment was not deleted.

And add ons as webarchive allowing easy access to all those tools.

I think this is either very not well understood or I am missing an old brace news.

They did not alter any link.

They however were proposing an auto complete, when the user was typing a crypto currency website name, with their affiliate link. https://brave.com/referral-codes-in-suggested-sites/.

They did not modify any link the user imput without autocomplete or through a search engine. (also it's fixed).

Maybe I'm mistaken you are talking of something else.

Ok I experienced this. I went on a post, the multiple apps & screenshot, then came back to Liftoff and it brought me back to the feed refreshed, instead of staying on the post.

Well if their goal was to train an AI capable to be integrated in mobiles phones to be able to scan the eyes of people to unlock it, then it would have been a great goal.

Tho I am not sure of what they really want.

Maybe a a way to get data and sell that data later. They have the hash for the eyes of the people who got scanned. So in the future maybe they can sell that (or get hacked), and advertising companies could use that for tracking people with theit AI.

Maybe what they are trying is getting a lot of noise to increase the value of their crypto (no idea what crypto and identity have in common) and do a quick cash grab with people buying in it.

Maybe their real goal is making an ai capable to identify everyone and sell that ai as said above in security devices but not in advertising.

Who knows. But right now the way they are collecting the data, is pretty bad.

Just hide your eyes or they'll scan you before you can beat the ball

For eu users : https://competition-policy.ec.europa.eu/antitrust/procedures/complaints_en

However not sure how it works, if you need to be directly affected as a company of user, or if you need to be a citizen to file a complaint.

I don't have the necessary detail and information to be able to file the complaint.

If you give the detail on how it works and why it affects competition I may be able to file a complaint.

Howerver from what I saw in news the EU and US are already collaborating in an investigation against Google. Not sure if it's true, current and on what exactly.

That is an issues with the up vote/down vote system.

But a good thing with that system, is that it helps to keep away hate, racism, trash and dangerous content in most of the subs/communities.

So it's a bad for a good? Sorting by controversial on big posts often show trash and hate on reddit.
