I’ve stopped reading them, found the summary to heavily change a story as context was completely removed, especially when political

This is a controversial viewpoint on here. You have to be pirating everything and using Linux otherwise you are corporate shill and will be downvoted for having a different viewpoint. Talk about an echo chamber.

I have used YouTube premium for years and years now, it is the best value subscription service I use. I haven’t seen an ad in years, I don’t have to find loopholes and I get to support the creators that produce great content. Also music.

Glad they were so proactive to have a better solution, the app situation was a load of crap. Looked it up and found the setting on my phone and it’s enabled. It appears my AirTag wouldn’t set it off as i have the iPhone with the tag and therefore it is not considered separated. I’ll turn my iPhone off next time I ride my bike to see if that causes it to detect it.

Isn’t it on android you have to download an app and it only works with the app open? Or has that changed? Edit: that has changed, see response below

I have two phones, one android (work) and one personal (iOS). They use different accounts so no connections between them. My android has never gone off, even with my bike that has an AirTag. My iPhone has gone off with a work colleagues AirTag but not the android phone which was in the same pocket the entire time.

Loose definition of a recall. Newer models are getting a software update. Older models are told to be thrown in the bin and get $100 credits to buy a new one

For early adopters, however, the CPSC and Future Motion are telling owners to stop using and discard the original Onewheel and Onewheel Plus.

For early adopters, however, owners can receive a “pro-rated credit of $100 to the purchase of a new board,” according to Mudd. The credit will only be issued after owners confirm that they have disposed of the old model.

All fair points. I don’t follow the whole no one should own one as put forward by a lot of people here. There is just a lot of people don’t need one. Know someone who drives a patrol from one side of Melbourne to the other side everyday as a commute to the office, one person no kids with no equipment , and they have another 4WD so there is no excuse there. My environmentalist mate has a land cruiser as that’s how he can explore our beautiful country, and rides a bike to work.

Nicked a hose on my new dishwasher and had to repair it. In the app Bosch gives you the option to buy parts straight from them, with breakout illustrations showing each part to make sure you get the right one. Parts were extremely reasonable and came within 2 days. Could almost build the thing from spare parts! Best repair experience I’ve ever had.

Saw an ad on Facebook for a ranger the other day, 2 years old 21k km, description read never been off-road, mainly used to go from home to the office. Was selling to upgrade to the new model.

Also I don’t believe these fancier utes are very suitable for actual work, to much precious body work and paint around the bed of the truck. We have some single cab utes at work, and what gets put on the tray I wouldn’t want to be doing on anything I cared about the looks of. Also the height to get to some of the trays is ridiculous.
