You’re so wrong it’s hilarious. Fuckin idiot, my guy

Lmao how ignorant. When was the last time the U.S. Senate was so overwhelmingly controlled by Democrats? Do you honestly not know anything about US civics? Obama didn’t have 60 votes to enact his version of healthcare reform without major concessions that inevitably lead to Republicans criticizing it as failed legislation when THEY WERE THE ONES WHO ARE MOSTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR DESTROYING IT.

Show me a pathway to 60 votes that Democrats had in any year starting from 1971. There isn’t one. And it’s because conservatives show up to vote and pissant commies like yourself can’t seem to understand the very basics of how our government functions and why it is the way that it is. It’s not because of liberals. It’s because of decades and decades of conservatives obstructing any meaningful reforms.

I don’t need any more reasoning to know that’s a big fucking problem.

I wish we could kick them out of NATO. Especially Hungary. I’m hoping Slovakia comes back around

Yeah, well said. I’ve given up trying to convince my MAGA mom that had Trump gotten a second term, inflation would still be high. I walked her through everything that happened and asked her what was it that Biden did that made inflation bad. It’s just crickets. They hear “Biden bad, inflation his fault” and that’s enough for them.

Until they can differentiate between a claim and a fact, we’re stuck with their alternative reality

Yeah, we need more than Colorado and Maine to step up

Large-scale desalination efforts should have been started decades ago. If we could extract a steady pipeline of fresh water without a fuckload of energy and byproducts, we could save a lot of impacted communities.

He initially accused Hussein of being in league with Al-Qaeda too. He pressured the shit out of the intelligence community to corroborate his story. When they refused, it was switched to what you just described. People give Bush too much credit. He was just very dumb.

Also this is like the fourth “US NEEDS OIL” meme I’ve seen today lmao. Domestic production is at an all time high, and very little oil produced in the Middle East even comes to the states. But we shouldn’t let facts get in the way of this weird meme campaign

lol. How much shitty Soviet memorabilia do you own

[-] aew360@lemm.ee 7 points 10 months ago

Holy shit yes he should. Let people see how unhinged Trump is compared to someone like Biden

[-] aew360@lemm.ee 7 points 10 months ago

They’ve got to explain to voters how dangerous Trump’s plan is to convert 50,000 public govt positions to politically-appointed ones. If that succeeds, there’s no 2028 general election.

What would it be to have a market economy with private investments and also a system that ensures the tax system ensures everyone has at least basic housing and access to vocational schools and higher education? I don’t want to completely upend the system but tweak it so Kevin Griffin cries himself to sleep at night
