He was trying to stay cheerful in the face of adversity. Somebody should make this a motivational poster lol
Watching republicans turn against the military is very interesting. They say trump is anti war but anti military might be a better description. Meanwhile, the military has more respect for the US Constitution and might be the ultimate check against the power of trumpists. Methinks the US is fucked.
They are trolls. They are not speaking in good faith. Is it true that people in your country can just change it as they like? The short response is fuck off.
Block community in the 3 dots menu. No I don't know what that's called. I'm using firefox if that helps. I don't want an app thank you.
I don't know. I've never heard of a political rally in Australia. Politicians are assumed liars so I don't see any reason to go watch them speak.
I couldn't sleep for decades until I started listening to audiobooks. It's a bedtime story. Shut your mind off, let go of stress and just listen. It can still take a little while but now I fall asleep in minutes instead of 3 hours. It also helps me go back to sleep if I wake up from nightmares.
Expand your depth of caring about women beyond sexy.
A stranger cuts off your arm. Choose to have a positive attitude to that. Get therapy. Decide it was really for the best after all. Enjoy your delusions. Is it a really a choice? Or is deluding yourself the only way you can live with it? I'm starting to think it all boils down to 'suppress all negative feelings and tell yourself everything is fine'.
What does he mean by diversified in this context?
Among the bill’s cosponsors is House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), who recently told Politico, “I think it’s common sense that you can’t have the president sitting in the Oval Office worried about whether some lawyer or some local DA somewhere is going to go after him.”
How is this common sense? Politicians are in urgent need of more fear of the law and voters.
From the transcript of the speech:
REPRESENTATIVE GREENE: What about Laken Riley?
(Cross-talk.)
AUDIENCE: Booo —
REPRESENTATIVE GREENE: Say her name!
THE PRESIDENT: (The President holds up a pin reading “Say Her Name, Laken Riley.”) Lanken — Lanken (Laken) Riley, an innocent young woman who was killed.
REPRESENTATIVE GREENE: By an illegal!
THE PRESIDENT: By an illegal. That’s right. But how many of thousands of people are being killed by legals?
I don't see the problem. His response rightly points out that murders happen regardless of the perpetrators legal status.
