Airplane bathrooms aren’t communal, only one person can use the room at a time

What? Maybe we have different definitions of 'room,' but every airport I've been in has a room with several stalls. More than one person is able to use the room at a time.

American culture is so evolved and refined that it has the luxury of worrying about such nonsense.

Just to give an example, they're not worrying about bathrooms in Burundi.

I guarantee you if it wasn't bathrooms, these consumers would find something else stupid to get up in arms about while children starve.

It's for the driver and his lot lizard.

Glad we're starting to be explicit about what's going on.

No emotion. No hysteria. Just cold hard facts.

This is plainly stupid and abusive.

Layers of bureaucracy mostly exist to insulate the ruling class from anything that may threaten their power.

The solution, as usual, is to lose faith in the system and fight back in the ways you can. Namely, your wallets.

Linus' biggest concern is noise, so whatever setup he has likely doesn't have fans blaring to increase performance.

As usual, neo-liberals become very fucking conservative whenever their wealth is threatened.

Of course we can.

We all have to make sacrifices in war, and nobody is sacrificing more right now than the Ukrainians.

Poland is just showing where its priorities lie.

In China, banks like the Agricultural Bank of China have made it mandatory to use facial recognition technology to process withdrawals

Efforts to save money like this always need to be balanced by excessive fines when the corner-cutting fails to work.

This woman, like so many others, died so some rich people could be even richer.

Lots of simple but good folk are cajoled into supporting him because of the incessant nonsense spewed by their peers with no sufficient retaliation.

Like it or not, most people aren't trained to argue or defend their positions like we are on these forums. They usually are doing whatever makes them look good in front of the peers and aren't willing to 'research' anything.
