I mean changing sheets suck no matter what. I just wish I did it earlier. Oh well, that's my fault.

100%, and the fact that some of the songs they made were the beginnings of new genres. Like Helter Skelter is essentially proto-punk, hard rock, heavy metal and all because Paul heard The Who made a loud song and he wanted to make one louder.

It is wild that if Lennon and McCartney never met, what bands wouldn't be here because of it? What musical genre's wouldn't exist or would be different w/o their influence.

Which is very surprising since they weren't recording music as the four of them until like '62. But they were coming out with an album every six months, and the fact that singles were really important back then (that and there was a UK album, US album).

So I was looking at the Billboard #1 thing for uhm... unrelated reasons, and IIRC 1964 was I Want to Hold Your Hand by The Beatles, they also took #2 and a few other spots in the top 10 that year as well.

I've done that before and it's the most embarrassing shit ever. Like, I've sat doing my own thing for 30 minutes and it didn't even cook... UGH.

Yo my condolences about that! That's never okay! I hope you drink water and take breaks ✌🏻 your mental health is important too!

Yep. Similar, not exactly the same but dad went to a technical school and entered into a trade of sorts, and mum dropped out due to moving a lot and education being different (like she'd learn things she already knew but then didn't learn stuff that the other kids knew). And education was really important to them, especially because I struggled a lot. I got diagnosed with auditory processing disorder at like 10 but lived with undiagnosed ADHD until like two years ago or so.

But I went to public school for all of my years. Ended up having to go to Tafe for a few years until I was a mature student (didn't get the atar I needed) and got into uni with the degree I wanted. And now I'm the first person in my family to have a uni degree. And while it's great that I could still go and not worry about paying everything up front, it's still going to worry me for when or if I have to eventually pay off that debt.

Especially since I want to get a master's in my field of learning (and eventual PhD but that's because hardly anywhere recognises Mx as a title). But yeah it's tough.

If you're interested in Russia, I've been listening to Sad Oligarchs, which is about the fact that a lot of Oligarchs are "killing themselves" when there's no explanation for it. It's been really interesting so far.

Haha no worries. I was trying to think of something that I would pay extra for. And obviously, there's shoes and clothes, but everything is expensive in Australia, on top of that the type of clothes I like are niche and being a bigger size it's hard to come by clothes of my size.

So the only thing I could think of is software.

I actually might go for this... I might actually be able to live with my partner.

Yeah I don't trust one drive after I lost like a majority of my Sims 4 mods.
