Check the docker container filebrowser/filebrowser. Put that drive as /srv and it will be like a cloud web file browser. No sync but you can download/upload and share links.

Though syncthing would work for that.

Or just one of the alts like Emby or Jellyfin.

Psa for you guys that rdp over the net, turn that off, and use a VPN like wire guard or tail scale, or use something like apache guacamole.

I do Debian with a kvm virtual machine, and tons of docker containers.
