They must've been pretty tanned after chilling like that for 6 years.

I agree with this so bad! Comedy is a joke for the most part.. maybe YouTube ruined it? Maybe not. Just watch Kill Tony for:

  • Easy racist (but not funny) jokes
  • Trans jokes
  • More racist jokes
  • Lib/Republican divide
  • Vaccines!

Ah ok. Well, as I said I lived there for years and i'm telling you they can and do block VPN traffic (not all, another commenter mentioned Astrill) quite well. To say zero success is incorrect.

Location (and peering) might be a factor, so if you/your friends lived somewhere different to I your experience may differ.

I spent years living in China. Do you really mean zero success?

OpenVPN stopped working in 2017. Deep packet inspection prevents the initial handshake. I hosted my own SS for a number of years before switching to wireguard, with more success.. however, they IP ban a majority of VPS IP ranges, so the providers Linode/DigitalOcean were messed up.

And everyone experiences VPN slow down during CPC conferences.

It can only be worse now.

Used it as my primary hiking tool recently (i know, I know - I had a compass and a map) and it worked a treat.

Jerboa is close enough to RIF for me that it's borderline perfect as is.

Vice City made me appreciate 80s music at a young age. I really appreciate the thought that went into selecting abd producing the sound track. I have the full OST release on CD - not sure if it is a bootleg or not, I don't really care.

Not a problem in western Europe.

Yes.. The pitfalls of FOSS is that some dude is working on it when they have free time. I've been using it for 2 years and can't say I mind.. would like to have the word suggestions, though.

I bought them on purpose. For jobs you spend all day on your feet and are able to get away with crocs, they're godsends. I used to spend 8 hours on my feet and finish without an ache. Nowadays I spend very little time on my feet, but still rock a pair of crocs when i'm walking about the house, garden, or to the shops.

Would not be seen dead in them anywhere else!

Using the same. I work from home for the added bonus of wanting peace and quiet and they've changed me from being angry. Wanting to murder noisy neighbours is no longer how I spend my evenings.

Yoy might be thinking of Kodi. Plays media just fine on a RasPi, bit of a different experience though!
