Are you on one ui 6/6.1? Material colors being wrong is a Samsung bug and was fixed in 6.1.1

Pretty sure cromite has windows builds now. Personally think firefox is better than any chromium alternative on desktop

The only problem with firefox on android is that its slow af compared to chromium based alternatives. I can't see a difference on pc but it is clearly noticeable on android.

Age restricted videos are a problem

You can enable those in the settings under content > show age restricted content

Or just bring back the windows 10 context menu
