Looks like Google cast is the protocol and it's proprietary, while they offer a SDK, it does not appear to be open source. There is an open source alternative though. https://github.com/MayaPosch/NymphCast/
You could probably do an automation with home assistant to disable the report if the device gets unplugged, notify you about it, then require to you approve / re-enable the port.
This of course would require the service to be running, but combined with MAC filtering and placing it on an untrusted VLAN that's probably the best you could do.
When I got my car it was the last week before it expired. DMV has been having a hard time keeping up with demand since COVID apparently.
My biggest productivity issue with windows 11 is using the shortcuts WIN + NUM (1-4 generally) I have my browser set as 1 and often use it to get to it. Unfortunately there is a bug in 11 where it can do 2 things.
- Display the windows but won't let you select one
- Lock me out of everything until I use the mouse
It has been an active bug for at least over a year.
Pixel folds get it worst same soc as pixel 7 but released months before the pixel 8 line so 90% of the new stuff for latest Gen don't count for it. Not to mention it's the most expensive MSRP pixel phone.
That's what I thought seeing this post lol
Gotta love ASS club! I wish there were a club that taught science / stem stuff in high school. It would've been actually an interesting club to join and attend.
It only took me...

5 hours to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11.
The installer is trash. Literally requires everything but the OS disk attached to the machine.
The LCD decks m.2 slot is a slower PCI lane, I wonder if the OLED version has a faster lane and generates more heat. That or their changes to air flow requires it.
To be fair my child's daycare asked for papers from the doctor every time they went, often enough it was forgotten, and you could just sign saying the child's exempt to not have to deal with the papers.
In the context of coding it can be valuable. I produced two tables in a database and asked it to write a query and it did 90% of the job. It was using an incorrect column for a join. If you are doing it for coding you should notice very quickly what is wrong at least if you have experience.
But that depends, if you are doing a human skull farm than of course it is. If your enemy would have lived to 80+ years otherwise this is 100℅ more environmental friendly. Also the skulls reusable I guess.
