Gedit was my main text editor for years. I also used it for work. It has all the basic features that you need for coding. For everything else I use the terminal.

We've had no heat at the beginning of the week, thankfully that got fixed today. Had to take a cold shower yesterday :-D And now the supply valve for the washing machine started leaking. So yeah, a bit stressful, but that's life. It could be worse.
My phone may change the time automatically, but my brain doesn't ๐
I use k3b for ripping and kid3 for editing metadata
Supertramp - Asylum I love it
I also use Rhythmbox, the UI is clean and simple. Other music players either are too complicated (UI has too much clutter, play queues) or want to automatically import all audio files in my home directory into the library, which is annoying. But to be fair, I haven't tried a lot of other players, because I'm happy using Rhythmbox.
Cool idea, I'm going to give that a try ๐
