Donald Trump huffed and puffed online after Maryland Gov. Wes Moore challenged him to walk the streets of his state.

The 79-year-old president lashed out on Truth Social on Sunday at Moore’s “nasty and provocative” invitation three days earlier to join him for some light cardio in Baltimore, calling the city a “crime disaster” and threatening to deploy National Guard troops.

Trump was so angry about the public safety walk invitation that he suggested he may pull federal support for rebuilding the city’s Francis Scott Key Bridge, which collapsed last year.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrations have been held across the country on Sunday, with organisers claiming crowd numbers to be in the tens of thousands.

The Palestine Action Group said more than 100,000 people attended the Melbourne rally, while an estimated 50,000 turned out in Brisbane.

It comes as famine has been declared in an area of Gaza and will likely spread over the next month, a global hunger monitor has determined.

A commercial disaster, which caused the maverick director to stop making and go into depression; this semi autobiographical film about the rise and fall of a director would only get critical acclaim decades later.

Felini's iconic standout would come in 1963 but a little known Hindi film already existed, unknown, unappreciated even by it's own audience.

Filled with gorgeous cinematography and widescreen shots, it is only now that his films have started to be restored.

25 August.---Another bad night. Mother did not seem to take to my proposal. She seems not too well herself, and doubtless she fears to worry me. I tried to keep awake, and succeeded for a while; but when the clock struck twelve it waked me from a doze, so I must have been falling asleep. There was a sort of scratching or flapping at the window, but I did not mind it, and as I remember no more, I suppose I must then have fallen asleep. More bad dreams. I wish I could remember them. This morning I am horribly weak. My face is ghastly pale, and my throat pains me. It must be something wrong with my lungs, for I don't seem ever to get air enough. I shall try to cheer up when Arthur comes, or else I know he will be miserable to see me so.
