Sometimes Cincinnati Biz Courier links are posted. These are mostly paywalled. IF you have a library card then you can view the articles by doing the following steps:

  • Visit the library magazine/newspaper section.
  • Click on Cincinnati Business Courier there and log in if needed.
  • For now, manually find the link that was posted here (I will try to figure out a way to auto format links or something so it takes you right to it at some point.)

Lot 24 is 2.5 acres. Sits just south of the Radius and GE office building and currently has the rebar and supports sitting exposed above the rest of the parking garage.

Call is for mixed use.

Unsure how legal that is with regards to the sale language.

Overall I agree that we should invest in our poorer communities more but I would hope that it is an investment that lifts them up and doesn't just splash cash to make someone feel good. I guess we'll see on all fronts.

A pair of hotel conversions on Fourth Street won state historic tax credit awards in December 2024 – the conversion of the First National Bank Building and the George F. Otte Carpet Co. Building.

Cincinnati's first Kimpton Hotel, bound for the Traction Building on Walnut Street, is expected to commence construction this year.

The conversion of the Gwynne Building on Main Street is progressing, though the construction timeline is unknown. Structural Systems Repair Group was on-site as of December 2024 tuck pointing, stone patching and replacing limestone.
