Not having to sleep. You can just be awake 24/7 without the usual cognitive decline or feelings of being tired.
You still dream, though. At times, it becomes hard to distinguish between reality and your nightmares

It's called methamphetamine and you have to keep doing it for the effect to work. Also, after 5 days or so, the shadow people start haunting you.
Oh, that was the cognitive decline I mentioned. That and not feeling tired (without needing to take meth) is the super power....
Okay, well, then the side effect is that people will constantly want to tell you about their dreams, which you'll never ever have.
You still get sleep paralysis without notice.
everyone in a 1 kilometer radius takes your sleepyiness so if you dont sleep for 6 weeks everyone around you juat dies from sleep depervation
Well isn't that okay? If you live in a big city your need to sleep of 8 hours is spread to a lot of people so people would just need to add few seconds of their sleep.
If you're traveling away from civilization, that's another story.
Hmm, your side effect also doesn't specify the organism taking the sleep burden is a human so it can spread to other animals. By virtue this is a pretty useless side effect or even can be used as an explanation on how their powers work.
