Seems to mean something like "guide".
My phones translator translates it as guide in English, Finnish and Swedish and from all those three the same so I'd say it with some certainty it's more or less correct.
Googling gives "Madrikh" (מְדְרִיך) is a Hebrew word meaning "guide" or "leader". It can also refer to a specific program or role within Jewish communities, like a Jewish professional who guides and serves their community."

Interesting. Makes me think of Native American "Scouts" , first nations people hired by the US Army as guides providing Intel on tribes in the area and the topography.
