Sarcasm doesn't work on anonymous forums. Nobody knows who you are or has any context for you; if a post isn't able to stand individually in a zero-trust environment, then you can't complain when others misunderstand. Sarcasm only works if you're amongst people who know you.
yeah but that cuts both ways. If you're the only one who appears to be taking something in the wrong context, then you need to stop and go "I have made a whoopsie" not double down and start hurling fashy accusations
