"On two wheels" implies it's a sightseeing trip. Basically seeing the sights between Thailand and home. Probably only to leave again because... y'know.

Is that a common take away? Mine is "holy shit if only Americans realized how much better is at despite spending so much less".

The only thing I've been disappointed by is how poorly the rest of the world treats nature, from trash just dumped in the woods in rural Japan to hiking trails in China that are entirely paved, with gamer RGB lighting, and food vendors every like quarter mile to hiking in jungle in vietnam and hearing no wildlife all night, except the occasional breathing of a water buffalo.
